The Feldenkrais® Method emphasizes moving easily and enjoyably.  This workshop explores some basic shoulder movements to relax your shoulders and help you breathe easier.  Participants lie on the floor to minimize our often unnoticed habitual muscular tensions and to increase ease of movement.  This creates a learning environment in which we are able to develop a heightened awareness of ourselves. This workshop presents an opportunity to release unnecessary tension and leave with a sense of enhanced vitality.
